10.2 Subject to applicable law, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
11. General Provisions
11.1 If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
